Wrong Feedback in Test Questions / Answer Options are placed on top of each other

This is about courses that have been published with storyline 2. I keep getting feedback from users that they experience problems when taking and/or evaluating a test.

Example 1: A user answers a question correctly, but still gets the feedback "wrong". NOTE: The feedback is correct if she sends the answer right after taking the question, but if she takes the whole test and then checks her answers the error occurs.

Example 2: On other test screens two answer-options are placed on top of each other, making it impossible to answer the question correctly:

Oddly enough , I can't reproduce the errors on my Computer, meaning the Feedback is correct  in any case and the answer-options are placed correctly - but we have almost the same configuration:

Her config: MacBook Pro 13 inch, OSX 10.11.6, Firefox 51.0.1 (64bit), latest version of flash.

My config: MacBook Pro 15 inch, OSX 10.11.6, Firefox 52.0.1 (64bit), latest version of flash

Any help on this is really appreaciated,

Good Morning Frank, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

I have a theory on what might be going wrong here, but first a clarifying question:

Is it possible that in this case, your learner needed to suspend and resume the course at some point, or are you very certain that she completed the course in one sitting?

Of course, Storyline is build to allow suspending/resuming, to there's nothing inherently wrong with that behavior.  It's just a hint that could potentially point us in the right direction.
