xAPI content won't show

Hi there,

I have an issue where my course published as xAPI won't work when I take it on Modzee.com I published the .zip file as xAPI and it was uploaded to Modzee.com, I can see there is a course in the website but when I click on "go to the lesson" it just shows a white screen, like if there is no content. I published another version and uploaded the xAPI .zip file to SCORM Cloud and it works fine so it seems if I use the zip file uploaded to Modzee the course won't show.

I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong when publishing the course. Does anybody has an idea about it?

Hi Santiago,

It seems a problem with your LMS. You can test your xAPI Content on GrassBlade Demo site or SCORM Cloud for better understanding.

Hi Saurabh!

I thought so too but I tested a course published in Rise360 and it works fine. Is it possible that SL360 and Rise have different setting when publishing?

Also, the client reported the course just don't show when using Chrome in a Mac, when they use Safari it works fine.

Hi Santiago!

Have you tried viewing the course on the web outside of your LMS? You can always upload it here on Tempshare and view the course in different browsers.

Keep us updated on your findings!

I was testing the course using SCORM cloud but I will try Tempshare too.
