From a self-assessment I'm sending custom xAPI statements including the score. To be valid, it requires numbers (min, max, raw). The raw number comes from a Storyline variable. The challenge is that Storyline only accepts the syntax if I put the variable in qoutes: "%RawNumber%" . However, when the statement is sent, the LRS rejects the JSON structure because raw requires a number and not a string.
I solved this by removing the double quotes after publishing the course from the appropriate slide's .js file but I am wondering if there is a better way. Has anyone sent numbers without quotes from the custom xAPI editor?
