XAPI Survey Questions

Hi all,

    I am looking to obtain a possible solution for reporting survey questions to our LRS. As of right now,  Storyline uses the experienced verb for survey questions without tracking user responses. I'm aware that I can send custom xAPI statements using JavaScript triggers, and I understand how to do it. Is it possible to build a template that has a custom question type (hopefully, menu selectable) that can be reused to send some data that distinguishes that it is a survey question to the LRS and the actor's response?
