Your Score Not Showing up on iPad

Hello,
I apologize if this is a novice problem.
I have a short course set up that ends in 4 questions. My Result Slide is pretty minimal with the code for Your Score and Passing Score set up and correct (I've checked it a couple times). I've published the course for LMS with the HTML5 output, and its set for SCORM1.2 conformance.
I've posted the course on a server and on an LMS. In both cases, the scoring in the toolset works, and in the case of the LMS, it passes the score back, but only when I'm on a desktop.
When I move the iPad, I'm not able to get a score. The "Your Score" shows as 0% irrespective of the number of questions I've answered correctly.
Is there anything off hand you can recommend? Or what information would you need from me to set me correct?

Without having to ask a bunch of questions, I'm going to advise that you have a look at this blog post for the various troubleshooting for your course not tracking properly.
There have been other instances of this, but no consistent cause or resolution, so I want to be sure that we have done some standard troubleshooting first.
If you have additional details/questions on your issue, please let me know and we will go from there. Or if you would rather work with support, then you can submit a case for them to take a look at what you have going.
