YouTube audio synch issues

I have added the following web object to a layer in Articulate Storyline 2: www.youtube.com/embed/-Zuono1wtow?autoplay+1&start=6. The learner clicks on a button on the base layer to initiate.
When the clients play it, the audio is out of sync with the video. They have tested it on tested on multiple PCs in different browsers. However, I cannot replicate the same problem on my PC.
Any suggestion on how to resolve this problem? Thank you, Bronte

I don't know if that's just a typo, but it should be ...autoplay=1&...I tried the video in a Storyline webobject and it works fine for me (using Chrome 53).
Thanks Michael. Yes, was a typo
Hi Bronte!
Do you know if the audio is out of sync when the client plays the video directly from YouTube? This might be the first thing to check. If the client says audio is synced fine within YouTube but not within Storyline, then we may need to take a closer look.
Let me know what you find!
Alyssa,
Thank you for your response.
The client has said:
"Everyone has said that it is badly out of sync no matter what type of
computer or internet.
The original from youtube was imbedded into our training package PowerPoint
and has
always worked. I don't understand why it would play so differently in the
module."
Any suggestions on how to address this issue would be helpful.
Thank you,
Bronte

Hi Bronte,
Thanks for that update. Since you have identified that the issue is with Storyline and not with the videos themselves, I would recommend our Support Engineers take a look at your file. Would you be able to share your .story file with our support team here?
Also- just wanted to let you know that when you reply to a thread via email, your comment will include your email signature. You're welcome to pop in and edit out any personal info if desired.
