When I try to embed a video from YouTube I get a 'device support error' in Articulate Storyline 2. The attached thumbnail is shown and the video fails to play.
Any ideas why this is happening? Have YouTube changed the way embedded videos are streamed to external locations?
I have been following this thread for a while like most. I too am having the issue of a blank white slide for the YouTube Web Object. We use Blackboard as our LMS. I've tried adding and subtracting the "s" in "https" but that hasn't worked for me. Any tips? It seems like it's working for some but not others. Thanks!

Hi Lee,
There are some known reasons that a web object may display with a blank slide as detailed here. You'll also want to make sure you're following the steps here to insert a YouTube video.
