YouTube Link In Slide Doesn't Auto-Play

Hello!

Using Articulate 360 and embedding the YT link into the training works ok, however when the course starts/plays in the LMS, it doesn't auto-start as a normal MP4 file would without the user clicking the play button.

Anyway to auto-start the YT video?

Hi Haider! Check out this article on adding YouTube videos and optional parameters to the code. It's a Flash-only parameter, but you can add an autoplay option. In HTML5 output, learners will be required to play the video themselves.

Is there any chance to get autoplay for a youtube video with HTML5 output?

Hi Stefan! It's a Flash-only parameter at this time, but thanks for letting us know you have a need for it in HTML5! I'll pass along your feature request to our team.

Hi Ren - for accessibility purposes we require embedded youtube videos to trigger to play when pressing a key. Do you know if there is anyway to enable this or is it related to this autoplay issue with HTML5 YT objects?
