Has anyone requested rights to show a video from a movie in their elearning? I want to use a clip from a Pixar movie and wanted to know the likelihood of getting permission.
The Disney (Pixar parent) licensing page is probably a great start. I'd be certain you're familiar with fair-use doctrine, DCMA and Copyright law as they have some very sharp folks.
Will your training only be viewed internally within your company, or is this something that will be made public? If it's only internal I wouldn't sweat it too much.
