YouTube won't appear on iPad

Hi everyone,

I am running into a bit of an issue embedding YouTube videos into Storyline.

I am following this process to a T, but am still not able to play the video on an iPad (works fine on a PC): http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=naw70kv2nkvi#webobject

This is the video I'm trying to embed: http://www.youtube.com/embed/IcNiLVuw7as

When I load the Storyline page on my iPad, I see the grey web objects box appear then quickly disappear and that's the end of it.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mike and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time. I wanted to touch base with you and let you know that you haven't been overlooked. We have had a few reports about YouTube and the team is looking into and trying to re-create and understand the issues. I just wanted to provide you with an update.

Thank you for you reply. I hope you will be able to fix this issue soon as we rely heavily on YouTube videos for our html5 products.

Hi Mike! Are you able to view this miketest that I did on your iPad? I cannot re-create your issue on my end.
