The courses that I work on are for compliance and report tracking is very important for our company. One of our Storyline courses has about 13,000 completions on it and when looking at the year end data, about 30 of the completions did not record any time for those learners. We are on a Saba LMS and I would like to hear from everyone if they have heard about this.
I feel in terms of web based training courses, that as long as it 'works' or the course gets completed successfully, most developers are happy. Going down to the nitty gritty of exact time per session and also total completion duration is really important for us. True 30 out of 13,000 completions is a small percentage of zero session time but 0 out of 13,000 would be better :)

Hopefully other members who are familiar with Saba will jump in with any ideas. Have you reached out to the tech team at Saba for any solutions?
