It looks like you may be publishing to an external drive and we do recommend working on your local drive, which is typically your C: Drive. You can read some additional details here.
Are you able to upload this course to SCORM Cloud? I'm curious if the errors are specific to your LMS since they seem to be not allowing .swf files.
Would you mind sharing the original French Storyline file with our team? We'll publish it on our side and attempt to upload it to SCORM Cloud. That will help us to nail down the cause of the issue!

Yes, the same version of the English one was successfully uploaded.
I am publishing the Scorm file to my desktop and then uploading to Cornerstone.
I really don't have idea why the French version doesn't work.
