I generated my file scorm in zip but when I upload my zip on my LMS if I want to play it, the zip is on my screan on the bottom left and I must click on it so the zip file opened but nothing started ! it should start as soon as i click on PREVIEW.
Sorry to hear you're having this trouble! Did you follow these steps when you published for LMS? And after publishing, did you upload the entire zip file to your LMS?
You may want to look at also testing the published output in SCORM Cloud. This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual project file. If you are able to replicate, be sure to send the .story file to us to take a peek.
That happened to me too. Turned out the LMS liked scorm 2004 better than 1.2 and when I changed the scorm version the zip file worked the way it was meant to.

I’ve got this process but it is not my LMS the problem, it is STORYLINE2, because I use to be able to do it before and not since I upload my Storyline version 11…

Thanks a lot, I finally found out that it was because I was not at the good place to upload my scorm.
I was on the target training, on the Tab « Conception » instead to be on the training name and then tick on the « Import package ».

Cheers for your help Lisa but it is the same problem with scorm2004, the zip file openes then it does not start automatically like it use to do.
