Zipped files not unpacking properly

Hello,

I am trying to upload content to our LMS and I am receiving the a message that the zip file was not unpacked properly and that  I need to ensure I am using a proper compressed zip file. I have never had this problem in the past and have always created a zip file after publishing.  Any suggestions?

Hi, Mandaly -- Thanks for reaching out here and sorry to hear of the behavior you are experiencing when trying to upload your content published for LMS! May I ask if you can share the name of the LMS provider you use in case others have encountered the same behavior and can share their experiences?
