I'm having an issue where I have a picture on a slide that's using the zoom feature, but in the preview the original picture shrinks down. I've included the original file and a video to show what's happening.
I have just tried to preview your SL file and everything looked fine, so I am not sure what is causing your problem.
Some aspects of SL can be affected by screen resolution, but I can't see why this would affect the original image in a zoom process. Just out of interest, my laptop is operating at 1920 x 1080 and I also checked it at 1600 x 900 and got the same result. If you are operating at 3840 x 2160, it might be worth dropping the resolution just to check, but I would be surprised if this is the problem.
I'm not sure why it should make a difference, but it might be worth disconnecting the monitors and just trying it on the laptop screen, if for no other reason than to rule that out.

Hi Ned - Thanks for trying it out. I'm at 1920x1080 - I have a laptop that is on a dock connected to 2 monitors.
