I'm encountering problems when zooming in on videos in my E-Learning - the slide overwrites the player itself and it's not right.
in the classic template it works properly.
is there a fix to keep it in the modern viewer? please help me fix this urgently, there are multiple clients waiting for the result and moving the player to classic is not an option.
Hi, Dror. Yikes, I'm definitely seeing how the zoom area goes off-center. So sorry you're encountering that in the Modern Player!
I did some digging, and I found a logged issue our team is investigating that seems like a close match to what's in your recording: When using the Modern Player,the zoom region is not fully zoomed in and becomes off-center. Looks like the current workaround is to use the Classic Player.

I was able to reproduce the zoom region not fully realized when viewing the course in the Modern Player, and attached your experience to the bug's report. Thanks again for bringing this oddity to our attention!

I'm ok with sharing the .story file, privately of course as it's the
property of one of my clients.
Sadly, I'm aware of this workaround and it wasn't accepted by my client.
they insist it remains in the modern player.
is there any upcoming fix release from articulate to fix this?
for now I'm compelled to use other software to do video editing but it's
cumbersome and prolongs my workload.
