We are having trouble with zooming the screen on a published Storyline 360 WBT. When using the zoom scale at the bottom of the computer screen the published storyline WBT minimizes instead.
It sounds like you're using your web browser's zoom feature, is that right?
Also, are you using the Classic or Modern Player?
If you're using the Classic Player with the "scale player to fill browser window" setting, you won't be able to use your browser to zoom in. The player will continue scaling down to fit.
Instead, publish the course with the "lock player at optimal size" setting, and you'll be able to zoom in from the browser.
