I've searched the files and haven't found an answer. I have pictures that are importing just fine with a vertical orientation, but the zoom feature flips them 90 degrees. Any suggestions?
I'm sorry to hear that using the zoom feature is causing the image to rotate 90 degrees! I'd like our team to take a closer look at how the photos are being imported.
I think the issue is actually with the image. I noticed that the image is rotated from its normal orientation and when you click on it to zoom it reflects the rotation of the image.
What I did to solve the issue was to export each image (Export Original Image) with a new name then went into Photoshop and performed a 90 degree Counter Clockwise Rotation and saved it. I went back into Storyline 360 and inserted the new image resized it to fit then added the Zoom Picture effect.
That seemed to resolve the issue. If you have an image that you need to rotate, you should edit the image outside of Storyline 360 prior to inserting it into the slide. I have attached your updated file.

Are you comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing? You can share it publicly here, or privately with our support engineers. We'll delete it when we nail down what's going on!
Here you go. It rotates on the front and rear views.

Thanks for popping in to help, Bruce.
This is an issue that we have documented and I've added this conversation to the report.
I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur. We will share any updates here as well.
