Hello I replied to a post from three years ago regarding the zoom region not working if placing at the 00:00 timeline. I swear it was not occurring a few days ago as I worked on a project.
Is there a solution? I certainly hope so after three years.
What I found, is that if I have a Slide Transition on the slide, the Zoom Region won't start at the beginning. To me, I think of it like the Slide Transition is the opening of the curtains, so it's after those open, that the stage (slide) really starts. (This is by no means technical jargon, just my way of remembering) :)

If I remove the slide transition, it works. You can see in action here (I've also attached the sample file): https://360.articulate.com/review/content/debb3b58-99bf-4b01-904e-0fd62d39d2df/review
I hope that helps!
Thank you so much. It was a transition which I had on the slide. Now the zoom can start at 00:00.
