Zoom Regions

Hello,
I have a screen shot and would like to have an area that is a clickable zoom region. That is, the user sees the page initially to see all of the information on it, then I'd like to have them click to zoom in on an area of text (as the print is quite small).
I haven't been able to figure out how to do this yet.
