Zooming

I'm trying to enlarge the image in the blue box in the image below, but I can't figure out how. My aim is to show the layer that highlights this image and then a second layer (or not) that blows the image up to cover all or part of the slide. This is for a sales presentation--viewers will not interact with it--so all triggers will be based on the timeline.
