30 Seconds Game and a question

Hi all,

I have been working on a game project for a while. It's a drag and drop interaction and seems like a game.

I want to add a variable in it.  How can I add a variable which shows the points which are taken when the correct answer is given in every question?

I tried a lot but couldn't make it. Is is possible by the way?
