Free rolling dice interaction

May 24, 2021

Hi everyone,

At the moment I'm busy with the production of an interactive board-game. One of the main elements for this game is a rolling dice interaction. After developing this interaction, I thought these rolling dices might be helpful to other Storyline users.

You can see the interaction via this link;

https://eyespirations.com/wp-content/uploads/challenges/Rolling%20dice%20interaction%20-%20Storyline%20output/story.html

and download the story file here;

I hope that this is helpful to you.

Cheers!

Update!!!!

You can also use this interaction as a kind of rollingQuestion Game. Below are the links. Enjoy ;)

Here you can see it in action;

Hi Paul,

Thanks for sharing this amazing work with us.

I am new to this tool and downloaded your source file to understand this activity and how it works as want to incorporate it as a board game, something like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbEF0lH-9Bg

I have almost got the work but am a bit confused with the Slide trigger on dices, why do we have used 0.5s time as we have fixed a variable value after 1s.

Slide Trigger on dice 1

Request you to please help me to understand this concept, I will be a really great help forme.

Best Regards

Nitesh

Thank you so much for making this specific tutorial for me, it was really helpful and clear all my doubts.

After developing this interaction successfully with your help. I have been to the rollingQuestion Game link shared by you and I am amazed by seeing that.

But unfortunately, I am unable to download the source file shared by you.
