Anyone have any insight as to this quiz software?

In an effort to encourage self discovery learning... We are looking to create a weekly quiz for our internal staff that does a few things:
-Tells the learner if they got the question right or wrong, and what the correct answer is.
-Tells the learner the percentage of other learners who got it right or wrong
-Provides and opportunity for LINKS to education based on their response.
-Provides analytics on learners (who took the quiz, and did they get it right or wrong)

Hi Krista -- that looks like what Storyline does. It sounds like you'd want a quiz page with feedback and a results page. I'm not entirely sure if Articulate does comparisons with other learners, but you might be able to use xAPI or your LMS to create comparisons.
I don't think this was built using any quiz software. It looks like it was done using html5 and JavaScript.
