Adding a feature

Hi ho heroes,
Does this happen to you? Your eLearning is built and ready to post, but your client wants a quick "something" to send users to tell them about a new feature.
The layout, look, and feel of my eLearning project doesn't really lend itself to one-off topics.
I'm thinking I'll try to retain the basic colors and background, but maybe use illustrated characters and create a scenario describing the new feature.
Then, of course, I still have to append the information to my main project. But for now my focus is this quick communication for the new feature.
Any tips or examples you can share?

I have created several successful "1-slide" courses, using a great graphic, and Markers.
It depends what they want though - some content is better than others.

PS - of course, if it's outside the original agreed scope, you swap this one-slide course for a Purchase Order number
