Hi! I've got a Storyline 2 file of 180 slides that I'm trying to bring into a template we created in 360. I've brought the file into 360, but I can't seem to figure out how to bring the new template into the file so that I can just change the layouts of the old slides, rather than start a new project from scratch and insert new slides and copy the old content in.
You'll need to edit your S360 .storytemplate file. You'll find that file in your Documents > My Articulate Projects > Storyline Templates
You can't just double-click the .storytemplate file to edit it. Instead, you'll need to open a new, blank Storyline project and click the Browse for more link in the bottom left corner of the welcome screen. Navigate to your Storyline Templates folder and open the .storytemplate file you want to edit. Save your file and close.
Now create a new project and insert a slide form your Slides > My Templates and you should see the new slides added to your original SL360 template.

Hi David,
Does this theory work if you want to add a Storyline 360 template (such as Velocity) to a SL1 file?
Thanks,
Tina
