Michael Hinze over 3 years ago12/01/18 at 4:59 pm (UTC) If you want to edit the actual video footage and INSERT elements into it, you need to use some video editor tool. Here is a thread that provides some options. With Storyline, you can import a video and OVERLAY other elements.
