You can easily build those things with Articulate Storyline. If you're exploring new authoring tools I recommend you download the trial and if you have any question just ask. You will get more than enough help in the community.
Since this is an Articulate community, I think if you're already a Captivate user it makes more sense to go to the Captivate community and ask for specific assistance. But if you're not using any tools, definately give Storyline a try. It's very easy to use.

If you're picking up an authoring tool for the first time I'd recommend Storyline over Captivate.
I use both in my work and while I think Captivate is a very powerful piece of software, Storyline is just more user-friendly and easier to use.
