Does anyone have a suggestion for a tool to convert a PDF multipage file to Flash? I tried youblisher.com and it works fairly well, except I would really like to be able to add/remove the controls and specify the initial screen dimensions. youblisher.com doesn't appear to give you these options.

Hi, maybe you can try Kvisoft flipbook Maker Pro, it can help you convert multi PDF files to flash, and you can also set the navigation button style by yourself. It also provides the options that allow you to add or remove the controls.
I suggest it based on company's experience i work for. We have a product specially designed for creating Flash based publications and mentioned this one for our clients as very useful one
We've been doing this for a little while now, and I can give you two reccomendations....
KviSoft Flipbook Maker - Inexpensive, works fine, great ROI. But be aware if you are behind a corporate firewall you may face challenges as the software seems to want to "phone home" to fully function. Worked great for us for nearly a year, then neither our IT nor KviSoft support (such as it is) could only get it to run in demo mode.
E-page Creator - This is where we landed. It's most certainly at the high end of the market (ie "Cadillac"). But you get flawless conversions, wonderful features such as custom tabs, interactive TOCs, etc and the ability to embed all softs of media files DIRECTLY (not via Vimeo link or the like). Also the tech support is North America based and responsive.
The response from our learners has been tremendous for "flipbooks".
I seldomly use PDF to flash converter, but I would like to have a try if some offer some easy-to-use PDF to flash converter. And this is a PDF to other document converter (PDF to TIF )that I like to recommend.

Just Google "PDF to Flash Converter" and you'll find many options.
Adobe used to have a product that did this.. can't remember the name off hand, but I think they've discontinued it.
I use Print2Flash. Very powerful tool: http://print2flash.com/
