I have used presenter media for some animated gifs .... they are inexpensive but some can be very "cheesy". I also create my own by using GoAnimate, PowToons, Videos, etc. and outputting through Camtasia in a gif format. The second option is the most used option for me. That way I can completely customize my content.

If you have a video you want to make into a gif and don't have Camtasia, I am happy to convert for you or you can always download a trial of Camtasia.
I've just done a quick search and found this site: http://www.motionelements.com
If you have Photoshop you can create your own.
Hi Gail, I have made quite a few for a recent project. If you have photoshop, they are really quite easy.
