Answer randomising in quizzes

Let's not shuffle answers to avoid confusion. Or do you?
Is there such a thing as best practice when it comes to shuffling answers?
I support as much shuffling answers as possible (would go 100%), my friend, a great instructional designer, is far more lenient. They don't shuffle True/False, "All of the Above," and numerical orders/ranking
What does the community think?
Is it okay to shuffle True False? (so it reads False True)
What about "All of the above?" Can you shuffle and say "All other answers are correct"
What about numerical orders? Is it okay to shuffle the order "4,8,10,12, " so it reads "8,12,4,10"
Love to hear your thoughts.

Oh, I just learned how to lock answers and exclude them from shuffling "All of the above " question has been resolved. Still interested about the other questions.
