any thots on how to set up a social learning platform?

we're working on putting together a central learning hub which we'd set up for clients.  it would include glossaries, and dox.  It would also contain video and images captured during the face to face sessions, as well as messages from stakeholders.  we'd also post appropriate learner feedback and hand it over to the client to keep the learning initiative going after the face to face sessions concluded.

anyone have any experience putting something like this together?
