Articulate authorized developer

I've been asked to convert an existing text book and corresponding videos into a digital book. After talking with several people in the E-Learning community, I was directed to look into Articulate. It's a large project that I'll be managing, but want to hire a company to create the product. Do you have a list of authorized developers?
