I believe storyline when released, will publish to iOS but not articulate , and James on elearning enhanced has published to android, james also has a widget to publish to html which can be viewed on an iphone or ipad

I dont think that mobile phones are really the best medium for articulate content though.  I have an iphone and I dont think it would be a good experience.  We have to ask the question just because we can, should we?

Tablet devices on the other hand it would be good, but this in itself means you need to rethink the interface,

Smart phones that play Flash will play the Articulate content.  I'm with Phil on the use case and that mobile output is different than what you'd want on your PC with a larger screen.  The Engage tabs interactions look nice.

Technically, you can play the Articulate content on an iOS device, but it has to be jail broken which isn't ideal, of course.  Jame's HTML solution is viable until our updated product releases that will support HTML5.
