Articulate Online Support

I'm looking for some good ideas to put together a Help section in my courses.

My end users seem to have problems with closing browser windows to go back to the list of modules or the exit course button doesn't work or they don't know what alt+f4 is, etc.

What do others do? Do you build an entire section that explains how to use a browser? Do you do one for each browser?

Any ideas are welcome!
