Articulate powerpoint presentations to static PDF files

Aug 31, 2012

Hi all,

I have just produced several Articulate e-learning modules for our clients on our LMS
and ONE comment they have come back with is could they have a print out of all the slides.

One way that I have TRIED to do this by going to the original powerpoint file and saving as a PDF.

Now some of these original powerpoint files contain bespoke flash animations/SWFs etc embedded
in the pages as well as Articulate engage interactions etc.

In Adobe Acrobat when I open these I see the bespoke SWFs are in the pages and they play as they normally do if I click on the small default arrow button in the bottom left-hand corner.

OK, the user can view these as they are palying until they have played until the end and then print them out. These are SWFs that paly to the end when all the graphics and text have faded in etc.

But what I really want is a static version that can be viewed on a non-flash enabled device i.e. an IPAD

any ideas?
