Hello! My course has been published to Articulate Review. It will start automatically in IE for reviewers but in Chrome they have to hit play. Is this something that needs to be fixed within the file or is this just a special browser problem?
I am also seeing the play layer come up in Chrome but not in IE. I do have the latest version of Chrome (71.0.3578.98), so I'm wondering if this might be a AS360 software issue.
Does your first slide have audio or video on it that should play automatically?
Chrome changed their autoplay policy, so now you will see a play button when you launch or resume a course with audio or video on the first slide. Clicking the play button starts the course and allows the media to play.
The good news is, you'll stop seeing the play button as Chrome's Media Engagement Index (MEI) learns that you allowed media to play on previous visits to the same site. When that happens, media will automatically play as it did in earlier versions of Chrome.
