I tried creating the example given in the tutorial using images from the net instead of the preset sample given in the storyline-practice files.
The refrigerator changes the state to open when i move the icecream object. But does not change the state to close when i move the ice-cream object out.
I have created the hotsspot as suggested in the video and also the trigger.
I did the same thing using the storyline-practice files and that worked.
Hi, I'm unable to download any of the Practice zip files. Can someone help me on this ?
Also, if I manually insert the images of Ice-cream and fridge, the states of the fridge only show Normal and Hidden. I cant see the states of Open and Close fridge.
Thanks Allison for the help. I'm able to download them. I have few more queries, the Practice Zip files have pre-defined templates, for example the Fridge object where the states of Open and Close functionality work as defined. But, without using these pratice zip files, if I try to insert an Fridge image manually, it has only two states i.e. Normal and Hidden. Can you help how to create the Close state?

Hi Shamila -
At first glance, it appears your "Closed Target" hotspot is turned off in the timeline. Click the eye icon to turn it on and your slide should work.

Hi Sandeep,
Sorry, you're having issues here! Can you give me the link to the file you're unable to download and tell me what happens when you try to download it?
Regarding the states: that's normal, you need to manually add those. The tutorial explains how to do that.

Hi Sandeep,
The Close state is a custom state that you'll need to add manually, as explained in the tutorial you linked to above.
Have you tried following the steps in the video?
