Articulate strips out information on slides when published

Hi there,

I'm new to the forum and Articulate so I apologise if this is a really easy problem that has already been asked.

I'm using Articulate Studio 09, I've used a free template from the downloads area and built my slides with some animation on images. It looks and runs fine in Powerpoint but as soon as I publish it in Articulate the published version has all the information I did in powerpoint stripped out and the slides have "click here to edit master". The only thing that does work is the audio.

any help much appreciated
