Articulate User Group in the Twin Cities in Minnesota

Hello,

I am thinking of starting an Articulate User Group in the Twin Cities, MN. I noticed that there are a lot of user groups worldwide who use the same thumbnail image and introduction text for their groups. So, I was wondering, is there an "official" way to start up a group? Is there someone within Articulate I need to contact before I get started?

Also, if anyone within the Twin Cities area reads this post and would either like to help organize it, or be informed about it when it's up and running, please respond to this post.
