Hi Anthony

Greetings from the sunny Gold Coast :-) I'm not near my PC to test your file at the moment butyou could set up a variable on the master slide that adds +1 when the timeline starts and set up a text box on the layout that looks something like:

Page %pageNo% of 10

Each slide that uses that layout should then display the Page 1 of 10, Page 2 of 10.

You'll need to decide what you want it to display when the click Previous,

Now that's just mean talk Anthony ;-) - here was the view from my balcony last night

Ok..see attached video - I had to butcher your slide pics and move them up a few mm so that it would show through from master slide.

If you don't want to do this, and want it overlaid on the current slide setup, you would need to create a trigger on every slide - let me know and I can help you with that. the beauty of using a master slide is do once and it's global.

Hi Anthony

I hadn't saved the changes so I've done it again but changed it so that the number variable starts at 1 instead of zero and then added the triggers for when the user clicks Next or Prev to add or subtract instead of when timeline starts because if they click next then prev it is going to increment.  Without knowing if you are forcing a linear (no going back) policy for the user to view this seemed best.

Hope this helps.

Here is a link, and here to some other threads that may help you decide how to do it.
