Assessment Criteria & Development

Hi everyone, 
This may be directed mostly for those in Australia who work for (or with) an RTO, though others may still be able to help.
As part of our RTO assessment requirements, our students are required to clearly and effectively 'Explain, 'Demonstrate' and/or 'Describe' situations, standards and/or scenarios.
I'm hoping you may be able to provide me with some assistance around ways you meet assessment criteria using Storyline (or other Articulate 360programs) in a way that does not require students to provide and upload separate assessment material.
We have been advised our current multi-choice platform is not sufficient to meet these criteria.
