Hopefully, someone can shed some light on this issue because I seem to have run out of options myself. I've built a course that is nearing completion, at the end of the course I have an assessment composed of 4 questions, a mix of multiple-choice, multiple responses and true or false questions.
My issue is, whenever I preview the project or publish it to Review 360, when the learner comes to the question, the slide appears with the incorrect answer layer shown. I have deleted the slides out and re-done them from scratch, but the problem still persists.
