Assistance required for setting up a team!!

Hi,

I am setting up a new training division in our organisation which will primarily focus on delivering online product trainings to our customers. The idea is to design and develop an effective online training program which will include a mix of videos, simulations, activities etc that should be sufficient for the customers to start using our product. 


I am looking to put together a team for this project. But first,  I would like to get an understanding about the team's composition, that is the different people and skills required, team size etc.

Would be really grateful if someone could throw some light on this!!

Hi Bruce,

Allow me to clarify.

The main difference between what we have been doing and what we are trying to do now is that all the products we have developed so far require a delivery medium (in our case teachers).  Plus developing product trainings is something new for us.

Currently we have trainers who train the teachers on product usage and features. The challenge I face now is to develop a comprehensive training platform for all our products that would replace the current training practice (i.e. completely automate trainings).  I dont know if I would be able to achieve that with just my existing team??
