AWS Service/SAP Transaction Simulated Interactive Recordings

Hello Folks,

I am totally new to Articulate (and authoring courseware generally) and have subscribed to the free trial version for the time-being for a specific purpose: I need to produce simulated interactive recordings of how an end-user would navigate through either an AWS service or a SAP transaction. 

Ideally, the recording would have three characteristics:

1) To include explanatory text prior to end-user taking the subsequent navigation step
2) Interactive in the sense that it allows the user to input the required field entry
3) The full recording to be capable of being outputted as a pdf document (including all screens and explanatory text)

Any idea which Articulate products I could use to achieve this? As mentioned, I am a complete nube to this but since the products look so great – thought I’d reach out…
