Branching scenarios

Hi
I am trying to find an example resource that was posted on one of these sites.  It was a branching scenario where a male employee was put in a number of  situations by a female employee and he was asked questions and depending on the answers it branched in different directions.  I believe it was probably made in Storyline 1. 

I would like to use it as a basis for a course I am creating and I just cannot find it.  It was photos not cartoon characters or Articulate avatars.
Can anyone help?  Any assistance would be appreciated.
