How to create story files similar to the website given below. Having a animation background, providing a full screen icon & I would like to know about the software they have used.
It looks like this was created in Adobe Animate (formerly Adobe Flash). The background is a Flash symbol set to loop. The full screen option is fairly straightforward with a bit of actionscript.
I do not believe you can toggle full screen in this manner with Storyline but this thread may help: Going full screen.
There is no such thing as a symbol in Storyline but it is technically possible to loop an animation. Looping an animation is outlined here: Looping animation.
