Building for rapid changing content - guided content

Hi E-learning Heroes,
I have a situation where I would like to have a online course broken into modules preferably delivered as a learning path / guided learning.
My question revolves around fast changing (incremental) data updates.
Is articulate capable of a single e-learning solution but have modules undated without having the republish the e-learning solution?
how would this be best approached - any guidance would be welcome
in addition (secondary) a ;earning path based on selections or drill down options. I.e using existing content pool (articulate etc) and guiding a aspirant through a learning journey without repackaging existing content pool.

What kind of data will be changed? Will it be onscreen instructions, images, text? You add web objects that reference an html page that could be updated as needed. I've done this with a glossary where many modules would refer to it. This way I only have to update one glossary instead of every module.
Hi Jerson,
Thanks for the response...
At this time I am not aware of the type of information which will be changed - however I do know typically there a multitude of updates which would be challenging to manage unless 'modulised' in some way.
in reference to HTML - are you saying text images, video etc..?
Also could Use a RTF document for text as well?
