I am working on a project which is more aligned to providing content on business process than training per say (although it will be linked out to training). I am looking for suggestions on a good format. An example of what I am trying to is: System ABC / ABC System is down / Steps to take / link to how to use .... I guess more like a reference type document, but with interactions ..........
I have done several process training courses like this. I used Visio to draw a flow chart but then broke it up into smaller sections in Prezi. I took the video and added hotspots to jump to a deeper dive on the training content when you reached a certain step.
When working with process, I have found that a flow chart is just the best way to present the information and then expand by using hotspots as you need to get into more specifics.
