Is it possible to use a calendar function to allow learners to select a date in a survey question (non-graded but we want to capture the response)? For example, we want to ask learners when they started training and another question when they went to a nesting/practice site.
Easiest way would certainly be to just provide a text input and give instructions on the format wanted. If just for capturing I would probably then just use Excel functionality to customise the results after exported.
